Huge Powder Alert – Winter Has Arrived!

At last winter is finally here with the biggest dump of the season. Most Northern California ski resorts are boasting results between 3 and 6 feet powder. Weather forecasters are calling for even more snow with a Winter Advisory in effect until 7pm Sunday.
There is a possibility that this single system could generate up 10 feet of new snow.
Enjoy the freshies this weekend and please drive safe on your way to and from your favorite mountain. As of this posting all highways are open with chains required.
Kirkwood: 4-5 feet
Sierra at Tahoe: 4 feet
Mammoth Mountain:3-5 feet
Boreal: 2-3 feet
Heavenly: 3-4 feet
Bear Valley: 26 inches
Squaw Valley: 2-3 feet
Alpine Meadows: 2-3 feet
Sugar Bowl: 2-3 feet
North Star at Tahoe: 32inches
